As a company, when we build a new property we like to think of all the creature comforts that we would appreciate ourselves
and we take the painstaking time to make sure the standards are high. With a lot of companies these days it’s all about build,
build, build, as cheaply as possible and try to sell them just as quick. We are not in a rush to build or sell.
